Minitiques Policies

  1. Mini-tiques accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover and your check or money order for payments.
    Our Order Form is completed on a secure SSL server connection to insure your security.
    Due to increased Banking fees PayPal is now processing all of our online Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments. You do not need a PayPal account. They will simply process your card. They are now my online card processing bank.
  2. We ship by US Postal Service, UPS or Fed EX and charge you the exact cost of shipping. (The shopping cart will apply an estimated charge for shipping. International orders will be more.) If the shopping cart charges you too much we will refund the difference.
    We will determine the most economical mode of transportation.
    Most items will be sent priority and insured when value is over $50 unless the buyer wishes a different method.
    We will send you the final accounting when the items are weighed.
    Pony Express is not an option.
  3. Shipments of over $100 value will be shipped free (Does not apply to special sale items or international orders) if the items are not over 10 pounds.
    Orders over 10 pounds will incur slight charge of $5-10 depending on weight to off-set the cost.
    You will pay shipping on dollhouses. If drop-shipped, we will pick up the extra cost passed on for special packaging and handling.
  4. We promise to give the best service possible. Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment if the items are in stock. (checks must clear the bank first)
    When I'm on the road, my daughter, Debbie will be filling orders.
    We will always try to get our orders out in a timely manner, so you can continue your projects without lengthy interruptions.
  5. Mini-tiques will verify your order and the status of items you have ordered by email before the order is shipped to insure accuracy.
  6. Mini-tiques, Inc. does not offer refunds but will accept items for exchange if:
     (a)Mini-tiques is notified immediately of the intent to return the item.
     (b)The item arrives in the same condition it was shipped out in within 10 days of receipt.
     (c)Customer pays all shipping costs associated with exchange.
     (d)Mini-tiques reserves the right to limit returns if the priveledge is abused.
     (e)NO Exchange of items sold 'As Is' or marked 'No Exchange'
    We inspect all merchandise before shipping and will endeavor to pack each item with loving care.
    Breakage after $50 is insured and will be handled by USPS. Breakage during shipments by UPS and Fed Ex are always insured.
    We will only cover the breakage up to the $50 when sent by USPS if it is determined it was our fault.
  7. Minitiques accepts special artisan orders and requests. We cannot, however, control artisan time required for such requests. They may take longer and we ask that you be patient. The reward is in the fact that you will receive an item that will be made especially for you.
  8. Lay-away is available with 40% down and 3 months to pay.
  9. Gift certificates are also available. The recipient will use them as cash. If the recipient is on the BIP (Buyer Incentive Plan), they will be entitled to their discount.
